The annual passenger survey at Hanover airport used to evaluation and analysis the potential of air passengers. Main topics are features of passengers, terms and conditions of choosing an airport and airline, arrival at airport and benchmarking facilities at hanover airport. This passenger survey has been carried out since few years. Therefore variances over time can be identified and analysed. Moreover special topics are researched according to requirements, eg. impact of low cost carriers on travel patters or impact of changing tariffs on parking behaviour.
