The project aims to analyse the region of southern Lower Saxony in order to develop a regional strategy. Main focuses are the analysis of demographic structure and growth, labour market and employment, income and social conditions, municipal finance, education, qualification and innovation, accessibility and public service provisions, digitization, company-oriented further training, smart specialization, skilled staff retention, smart Europe and green Europe. The project is based on both qualitative and quantitative methods.
