New presentation: Chinese Latecomers in International ICT Standardization

Lennart Schott from the Institute of Economic and Cultural Geography (IWKG) held a presentation at the Second Annual Empirical Research Conference on Standardization (04.-06.05.22) at Northwestern University in Chicago on May 05, 2022. He presented the initial results of a joint paper with Kerstin J. Schaefer on the role of Chinese latecomers in international ICT standardization and the question of how origin, experience and cooperation influence the acceptance probability of technical contributions.

The three-day conference was organized by Justus Baron from the Northwestern Center on Law, Business, and Economics.
