Mr Abasiharofteh and Ms Tuitjer participated at the final conference of the TRUST/ ARL graduate school. The conference title was “Spatial Transformation: Processes, Concepts and Research Designs” and the event was hosted at the Leibniz House of the University of Hanover. Mr Abasiharofteh, who is a member of the graduate school, was actively involved in organising the conference. Ms Tuitjer presented her PhD research on the spatial transformation of Bangkok. Her presentation reflected on the social and ecological benefits and challenges of reactivating the historical waterscape of the city.
