New publication on "creative class" in rural areas

In a recently published edited volume Daniel Voßen, Christoph Alfken and Rolf Sternberg address the spatial implications of the so called "creative class" in the sense of Richard Floridas. The paper is an outcome of th research project "Creative Lower Saxony: regional distribution, spatial mobility, start-up potentials and economic relevance of creative people". The focus of this paper is on the determinants of the spatial distribution, the internal migration and the specifics of rural areas regarding "creative class members" in Germany.
