Hendrik Hansmeier successfully defended his dissertation "Regional Perspectives on Eco-Innovation: Actors, Specialisations and Transition Trajectories" on 26 October 2023. The cumulative dissertation, which was written as part of his work as a research assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI Karlsruhe, deals with regional specialisations in eco-innovation - differentiated by incumbents and start-ups. The examination committee consisted of the chairman Prof. Dr. Benjamin Burkhard, the first supervisor Prof. Dr. Ingo Liefner and the second supervisor PD Dr. Henning Kroll.
