On September 19, Dr Sören Scholvin will give a lecture on 'Gateway Cities in Global Value Chains: The Role of Buenos Aires for the Argentinean Oil and Gas Sector'. This lecture stands in the context of Sören's intended habilitation request. Sören will present findings of an on-going research project that is funded by the German Research Association. He will focus on methodological challenges in research on global value chains and world cities. The lecture will begin at 5 pm in room V203, Schneiderberg 50.
