The 12th Pegasus Annual Conference 2021 took place on October 15 and 16 under the title "Digitalisation and Mobility" in an online format. Through the conference, the Pegasus network offers an interdisciplinary exchange platform for young people working in mobility and transport research. Dr Kerstin J. Schaefer and Silas Föhr from the Institute for Economic and Cultural Geography were involved in the organisation of the conference and moderated impulse and parallel sessions. In the session "Mobility Apps & Mobility as a Service", Dr Kerstin J. Schaefer gave a presentation entitled "Mobility Apps as a Digital Part of the Infrastructure in Public Transport". In the same session, Silas Föhr presented the conceptual framework and initial empirical results of his research project on socio-economic and spatial factors of mobility app use under the title "Who has digital access to mobility?”
