The Bavarian entrepreneurship scene meets once a year in Munich, Germany's strongest region for technology-oriented start-ups, for the Gründerland Bayern community event. Gründerland Bayern is an initiative of the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, which supports start-ups in Bavaria with offers for financing and funding, advice and coaching, networks and infrastructure. Prof. Rolf Sternberg gave a keynote speech in which he described the challenges of cooperation between start-up actors and explained proposed solutions, particularly for cooperation between urban and rural regions.
