In June, a joint workshop organized by the Gran Sasso Science Institute (GSSI) and the Regional Science Association International (RSAI) was held online around the theme "Regions in-between the green transition and the digital transformation". For the presentation of his research article "Geography and the time-to-adoption of green technologies: Insights from Chinese patent licensing data", which is based on collaborative research with Ingo Liefner and Jens Horbach, Sebastian Losacker received the Best Paper Award by the scientific committee of the workshop.
