Anna-Barbara Heindl obtained her PhD in economic geography at IWKG in 2020 and left academia afterwards. Five years later she has now returned to IWKG on a post-doc position, this time joining the team for cultural and social geography. She takes over Angelia Göb’s scientific tasks in the Research Institute Social Cohesion. Anna-Barbara Heindl will also engage in university teaching and hosts the main seminar in the Bachelor‘s programme in winter semester 25/26 for a start. She is looking forward to exchanging with all (new and already known) colleagues and students.
