Since March 15th Elena Hubner has joined the cultural geography department at the Institute of Economic and Cultural Geography. After she had completed a teaching qualification for secondary schools at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg she received her Master degree (Cultural Geography, 2017) from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. In her PhD dissertation she will address memory and materiality in urban space. Furthermore, she will teach Bachelor courses in cultural geography from winter semester 18/19.
